Invited by its president, Doctor Taeak Rho, Professors Silvia Barona and Carlos Esplugues, members of the research group of excellence MedArbValencia and Professors in the Master of Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat visited the Seoul Northern District Court on 10 October.

During their stay, which lasted for a few hours, they were able to talk with Mr. Rho, as well as to visit the facilities of the Tribunal and attend several civil and criminal trials. Once the visit was over, there was a meeting with around fifteen judges of the High Court in which some subjects of interest were debated. There was also a discussion on future collaboration paths.
