
Professor Guillermo Palao, professor of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice, member of the Research Group of Excellence MedArbValencia and researcher of the Project PROMETEO 2018/111 is developing a research stay at Harvard University Law School during the month of July 2019.
The purpose of this stay is to deepen its current research focused on the resolution of disputes related to international contracts for the transfer of technology and innovation, with a special emphasis on the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and mainly international commercial arbitration.
In addition to having access to the bibliographic collections of the Law School Library of the aforementioned university institution, during this visit he will hold meetings with professors from centres such as the Institute for Global Law and Policy, the Berkman Klein Center or the Harvard Negotiation Research Project.
