Between the 11th and the 15th of February, the subject ‘Arbitraje Comercial Internacional y resolución de conflictos comerciales internacionales’, taught by the lecturer Carlos Esplugues, Director of the Master’s Degree and Representative of Spain in the WGII of the UNCITRAL, has been developed.
The students have had the opportunity to discover the reality of the international commercial lawsuits and the available mechanisms to resolve them efficiently, accessibly and quickly. The subject has concluded with the celebration of the final hearings and the issuance of the award carried out by the Arbitral Court, being concluded the arbitral case in which the subject was based.
