
The Master’s Degree students in the framework of the financial markets and Competition Law subjects have visited the Valencia Stock Exchange facilities.
On 6 March, 2017, the Master’s Degree students in Law, Business and Justice at the Universitat de València have visited the Valencia Stock Exchange facility accompanied by their tutor, Professor Francisco González Castilla, president of the Committee for the Competition of the Valencian Community. During the visit, the students were attended by Ms. Leonor Vargas Escudero, Financial Director at the Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies, who gave them a lecture entitled "Securities markets as a business financing instrument", within the framework of the activities of the aforementioned training module of the Master.
In addition to the conference, the complementary activity consisted of a guided visit to the Valencia Stock Exchange where the Master's students were able to get to know first-hand the technical functioning of the securities markets and their functioning as an alternative for business financing.
The subject Financial Markets and Competition Law concludes the face-to-face phase of the Master's Degree in Valencia.
