Inauguration of the new Breastfeeding Room of the Scientific Park of the University of Valencia
The vice-rector of Equality, Diversity and Inclusive Policies, Sylvia Martinez and the director of the Science Park, Pedro Carrasco inaugurate a new room, space for conciliation in the Science Park of the University of Valencia, located next to the assembly hall of the Cabecera building next Friday, May 10 at 12:30 p.m. It is a quiet, well-lit space with a comfortable chair, a nappy changing table, gel and paper for hand hygiene, as well as with an informational poster on breastfeeding.
With this new space there are now 10 rooms established in compliance with the institution's Equality Plan as well as the agreement signed between the University of Valencia and the Humanization and Support of Breastfeeding Initiative (BFHI) of UNICEF.
