Ramirez Blanco (Arjonilla, 1950) is an example of the tendency of the painter to disappear, to erase himself from the scene. He has not been lavish in exhibitions, barely eleven between 1974-the first individual exhibition, in the art gallery Buades-and in 2008, the last one, in the art gallery Leonarte. Now, the Sala de la Muralla hosts these paintings and drawings that for the first time break the conventions of recent works and shows works dated between 1969 and 2013.
