Synopsis: Story based on actual events that tells the process of political awareness of a woman and her commitment to union struggle. Norma Rae, a worker in a textile factory in the South of United States, is going through a difficult situation after the death of her husband. When she arrives to the city a trade union leader changes Norma's life completely: she gets herself involved in the trade union movement from her own factory.
