October 8 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., in Classroom 9 of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Valencia, as part of the closing ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year of the University of Valencia’s Master’s Degree in Public Health and Health Management.

From his initial training in Nursing to his specialization in Public Health, including his PhD at the University of Valencia, the speaker has progressively expanded his experience in this field. He currently carries out his daily work in the Health Promotion and Equity Division of the Ministry of Health, addressing issues such as the promotion of healthy lifestyles, community health, coordination with local authorities and organizations, and the integration of equity into public health policies.

The lecture will provide a practical overview of how Public Health is translated into concrete actions aimed at improving population health and reducing health inequalities.
