Anna Lluch. Department of Medicine (Universitat de València) and the Hospital Clínico Universitario, Valencia.

Anna Lluch graduated in Medicine by the Universitat de València and specialised in Haematology and Medical Oncology in the Hospital Clínico Universitario of Valencia. In 1985, she obtained her Doctorate from the Universitat de València. She has worked as a guest researcher in the Istituto Nazionale dei tumor of Milan, thel Laboratorio de Biología Experimental and the Hospital MD Anderson Cancer Center of Houston. She is Full Professor of Medicine in the Universitat de València and chief of the Haematology and Oncology Service of the Hospital Clínico Universitario of Valencia.  She is a member of the Sociedad Española de Oncología Médica, of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, of the Sociedad Española de Senología and of the Fundación de Estudios Mastològics. She has worked as an adviser of the Early Detection of Breast Cancer Programme, member of the Comité Asesor del Plan del Cáncer and the Comité Asesor del Programa de Cáncer Hereditario in Valencia.  She is also researcher in the Fundación de Investigación of the Hospital Clínico and of the Unidad de Investigación Clínica de Cáncer de Mama of the Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Oncológicas. In 2010, she received the High Distinction of the Generalitat to the scientific merit and in 2014 she was honored with the Medalla of the Universitat de València.
