On 8 May, the Technical Session of the State Conference of University Advocacy (CEDU) took place at University of Valladolid, attended by UV’s grievance trustee and vice-trustee.
The first speaker, Teresa González Ramírez, is an Education Research and Diagnosis Methods professor in University of Seville, focused on “Hate speech in universities and the addressing of advocacy”. Then, the results of CEDU’s consultation about the effects of hate speech in advocacy activities were presented and began the debate.
After that, the sesión focused on administrative support profiles in advocacy. University of Valladolid’s assistant advocate María Muñoz presented CEDU’s poll results followed by a debate on the matter.
