The Ombuds Officer of the Universitat de València attended the III Meeting of the Ibero-American Network of University Defenders (RIdDU), which was held in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) from 20 to 22 September 2023, and organised by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The programme of the meeting can be found in the attached link. In the Assembly held on 21 September, the members of the Executive Committee were renewed and the following were elected:

-Tarrío Tobar, Ana (University Defender at the University of A Coruña, Spain)

At the closing ceremony, the designations of Mr. Dante Haro as RIdDU coordinator, Ms. Rosa Maria de Castro as vice-coordinator, and Ms. Ciria Trigos as secretary were announced.
