
How to create brand equity in the business and touristic environment
The aim of this course is to explain the process of creation of brand equity through the identification of different dimensions and precedents that contribute to its development and the repercussion it has in the business and touristic environment. This course approaches the key constructs that contribute in the process of formation of brand equity, such as notoriety, image, perceived quality, commitment, confidence and others. Likely, the role of the integrated communication and the new technologies in this process will be explained. The course is addressed to university students who want to learn how to create a strong brand in the business and touristic environment, as well as general public who wills to approach to the knowledge of the process of creation of brand equity.
