The xShare project is relaunching the Open Call for early adopters of the Yellow Button, to demonstrate readiness to implement the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation, until July 17th. This new round supports broader real-world use cases demonstrating EHDS readiness across healthcare, population health and clinical research, helping innovators show how user-controlled, one-time health data sharing can support more connected and efficient care.
The xShare Open Call invites early adopters to test and integrate the Yellow Button, a one-click solution enabling individuals to securely share their health data across systems, in line with the vision of the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
The call is open to startups, EHR vendors, digital health app developers, wellness platform providers, healthcare organisations and other ecosystem actors ready to contribute to a more interoperable and trusted digital health ecosystem in Europe. The updated scope includes key EHDS data categories such as patient summaries, ePrescriptions and eDispensations, laboratory results and reports, medical imaging and reports, hospital discharge reports and care plans.
