HAIDAR General Secretary (Deputy Minister) of Government and Justice of the Province of Entre Rios, Argentina, and DR. PABLO ARREDONDO, Coordinator of the Legal Committee of the Dignity Network Foundation (FundaReD), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

It will also have national figures as His Excellency MR. BARTOLOMÉ VARGAS CABRERA, public prosecutor responsible of Road Safety at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Ministry of Justice, DRA.
