The main objective of this consultancy project is to improve Aleatica's efficiency in terms of internal management of Road Safety, as well as complementarily of Mobility, through the reinforcement of two fundamental pillars: the strategy and the Action Plans. All this in order to comply with the SAFETY FIRST principle.

To this end, a process of diagnosis of Road Safety in Aleatica's concessions and evaluation of the procedures currently followed in terms of management is initially proposed, with the aim of improving them, while involving more of its own personnel, contributing to the development of a greater internal “culture” of road safety.

Consequently, special attention will be paid to human resources, but also to the technological tools they can count on to carry out their work, as well as to the necessary training for their use.

All in all, we will try to identify everything that is applicable regardless of their geographical location and the country/state in which they are located, in order to consequently take into consideration the particularities arising therefrom.
