Educational programme for young people which serves in their application to switch, if any, proposed penalties for traffic offenses, circulation and road safety. The research project is divided into three distinct phases, with characteristic aims.

Phase 1:

• Analysis of recent scientific literature regarding the attitudes and values in youth. The aim of this phase is to determine the most relevant literature to the attitudes and values of young Spanish, with special attention to those young people of the Valencian Community.

Phase 2:

• Review and synthesis of the empirical results obtained in several recent researches in this population. The goals were to select the major published works, from the empirical point of view, which have influenced in the analysis of the attitudes and values of youth, with special attention to the Valencian Community.
• To prepare a summary of the main empirical results obtained in this work.

Phase 3:

• Preparation of the final report. In order to develop an articulate summary of the main results obtained in phases 1 and 2.
