The purpose of this project is to establish a programme of fines exchange for young moped drivers to replace the economic fine for a re-education course on road safety, in order to reduce the number of infractions and, as a consequence, reduce the number of accidents of the target population of the intervention.

To accomplish this strategic aim is necessary to meet the following operational aims:

• Increase the knowledge related to moped safe driving.
• Change the negative attitudes that certain young people have about driving mopeds.
• Change of behaviours that respond to offenses defined under the Law on Road Safety and other regulation developments that are related and/or that are unsafe actions which increase the probability of producing and having traffic accidents.
