Issues studied included: the importance of education and road training; negative perceptions and elements present in both systems; how people they think that driver education and training should be; which populations should be targeted (ages, gender etc..); assessment of the implementation of road safety education in Spain and the real utility of road training and how they are established.
In addition, to conducting this study, the possibility of using complementary methodologies to that of the population survey is established. (With a debate group made with children)
The tasks developed by the researchers were the elaboration of the questionnaire, the design of the research methodology, conducting the pre-test, the implementation of fieldwork, data preparation (encoding, recording, and tabulation), statistical analysis, the development of interpretative report and drafting the final report.
