INSIVIACC

The purpose of this project is to offer a service to the National Road Safety Observatory to implement and maintain a new statistical reporting system of the General Directorate of Traffic, which is an improvement over the current system and allows monitoring the evolution of road safety and its main factors of influence. The specific objectives are:

1. To carry out a critical review of reports and propose improvements, including new formats and contents, new reports and new sources of information.
2. To carry out an annual programming of the statistical reports that should be disseminated by the General Directorate of Traffic for the fulfillment of the general objective.
3. To prepare the reports determined in said programming.
4. To elaborate executive summaries and presentations of the reports, which facilitate their dissemination and allow to broaden the set of addressees.

For a correct interpretation of the specific objectives 3 and 4, it should be taken into account that the target audience of the reports (specific objective 3) are mainly policy makers and technicians, while the summaries and presentations (specific objective 4) are intended to achieve a wider dissemination among the media and people interested in the field of mobility and road safety.

Accenture, together with INTRAS, provides the National Road Safety Observatory with a set of initiatives, best practices and technologies that will ensure rigorous compliance with the execution of the projects, thus providing a greater capacity for control, monitoring and quality assurance.
