The registration period to participate in the local stage of the Economy Olympics will be open from the 11^th of March until the 8^th of April.

The Economy Olympics is an academic and educational contest, the purpose of which is to encourage and motivate the study of Economics and Business among the students of Bachillerato. Furthermore, it seeks to reward hard work and academic excellence, as well as to promote the study of Economics and Business and to serve as a meeting point for secondary and university knowledge.

Any student from a secondary education centre of the Valencian Community who is studying the subject of Economía de la Empresa (Business Economics) of 2^nd of Bachillerato during the 2018-2019 school year may take part in the competition. The event will take place on Saturday, the 13^th of April, at the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València.
