Els guardons han anat per al projecte Els efectes de la DANA en la concienciació juvenil. I tú què faries? realitzat per Yasmin Saidi i tutoritzat per Mónica Carbó Colechà i Òscar Mascarell Claver, de l’IES Joan Fuster, en Sueca (Valencia). (Categoría A (1-2ESO)). Es dona la circumstància que aquest centre també va ser premiat l’any passat en la categoria B.

També guanyador, en aquest cas en la categoria B (3-4ESO+FPB), ha sigut el projecte Estudi descriptiu sobre la depressió, realitzat per Diego Espuelas Gómiz, José García Martínez, Victoria Martínez Ortega i Alejandro Picó Rodríguez, i tutoritzat per Pablo López Francés, del Colegio Salesianos San José Artesano, en Elx (Alacant).

Pel que fa a la categoría C (Batxillerat i FPGM), el treball guanyador ha sigut Motxilles: Un problema de pes, realitzat per Pau Ferrando Agost i tutoritzat per José Francisco Chiva Moreno, de l’IES La Plana, en Castelló de la Plana.

A més, s’han atorgat tres distincions especials a projectes destacats per la seua qualitat. Així, la distinció especial concedida per l’IVE ha sigut per al treball titulat Estudi de l’ús i la percepció de la xarxa reciclable de l’àrea metropolitana de València (AMV) realitzat per Dídac Llácer Ausina i tutoritzat per Javier Fuentes Valor i Lydia Moragón Fandos, de l’IES Juan de Garay, en València. Per la seua banda, el Grau en Estadística Empresarial de la Universitat Miguel Hernández ha atorgat dos distincions especials, les dos per a treballs d’alumant de l’IES Joan Fuster de Sueca. En concret, les disticions han sigut per als treballs La Contaminació Invisible realitzat per Helena Benedito Santandreu, Lola Crespo Fos i Àfrica Lupo Rozalén, tutoritzades per Òscar Mascarell Claver i Josefa Peris Cornelio i per al treball Creativitat Vs Educació: una mirada cap al foment de la creativitat, realitzat per Alaa Saidi, tutoritzada per Òscar Mascarell Claver i Mónica Carbó Colechà.

L'última distinció especial ha sigut l’atorgada pel Grau en Ciència de Dades i Intel·ligència Artificial també de la Universitat Miguel Hernández per al treball RESIBIM. Revolució En la Sanidad, l’Impacte del Bigdata i la IA en la Medicina, realitzat per Mario Martínez Luna i Leire Ortiz Baena, tutoritzat per Silvia Ponz Burdeus, de l’IES Jaume I de Borriana (Castelló de la Plan).

El concurs Va De Dades! està dirigit a centres educatius de Secundària de la Comunitat Valenciana. Aquesta tercera edició ha comptat amb la participació de 40 estudiants en 16 projectes tutoritzats per professorat d’ESO i Batxillerat de les províncies d’Alacant, València i Castelló.

L’acte de lliurament ha tingut lloc en el saló de graus Manuel Valdivia de la Facultat de Ciències Matemàtiques de la Universitat de València.

Els tres projectes premiats en Va De Dades! acudiran a la fase nacional del concurs a Logroño del 25 al 27 de juny, per a representar a la Comunitat Valenciana. El viatge i estada de tutors i estudiantat serà finançat íntegrament gràcies al patrocini de la Universitat de València i de l’Institut Valencià d’Estadística, IVE.

The contest Va De Dades! is led by the Secondary Educative Centres of the Valencian Community. This third edition has counted with the participation of 40 students in 16 projects supervised by the teaching staff from ESO and Bachillerato from the provinces of Alicante, Valencia y Castellón.

The awards ceremony had place in the Graduate Hall Manuel Valdivia from the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of the Universitat de València.

The three awarded projects in Va De Dades! will go to the national phase of the contest in Logroño from 25 to 27 June, to represent the Valencian Community. The trip and stay of supervisors and students will be entirely financed thanks to the sponsorship of the Universitat de València and the Valencian Institute of Statistics, IVE.

Va De Dades! is organised by the Department of Statistics and Operational Research of the Universitat de València, the Department of Statistics from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, and the Departamento de Estadística, Matemáticas e Informática of the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, most specifically by the professors Carmen Aguilera, Maria del Carmen Martínez Blázquez, Mª Asunción Martínez Mayoral and Javier Morales. It counts with the special sponsorship of the IVE, and the institutional collaboration of the Delegation for University Integration and the Faculty of Mathematics Sciences of the UV, the Faculty of Business Management and Administration of the UPV, the Research Institute CIO and the Office of the Vice-Principal for Students and Coordination of the UMH, the Sociedad de Educación Matemática of the Valencian Community Al-khwarizmi.
