PhD researcher Paula García was an invited speaker at the COOCV Institutional Event during Vision Week 2025

As part of Vision Week 2025, PhD researcher Paula García participated as an invited speaker in the Institutional Vision Event. In her presentation, titled “ADHD and VISION: How are they associated and where do these relationships come from?”, she outlined the main goals of her doctoral project, focused on exploring the links between attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and visual information processing. She also introduced a new psychophysical tool developed to assess spatial achromatic and chromatic contrast sensitivity.

The doctoral researcher expresses her gratitude to the College of Opticians-Optometrists of the Valencian Community (COOCV) and the Society of Optometry and Contactology of the Valencian Community (SOCV) for the invitation and for organizing an event that promotes training and professional exchange in the field of optometry and vision.
