Theatre Company Komos and the musical group Iturbi Aula Oberta present Oedipus Rex, of Sophocles, with original music of José Ignacio Payá.
Edipo, who believes to have eluded the grim divine prophecies which state that he will kill his father and have an incestuous relationship with his mother, starts an investigation that will lead him to discover his real identity and therefore to secure his cruel destiny...
Edipo Rey is probably the most modern Greek tragedy in terms of speaking about the human beings drama: his fate is in the gods hands.
