Alain Manzano Guerrero has a degree in Philosophy from the Universitat de València and has postgraduate training with a Master's Degree in Ethics and Democracy, and yet another in Scientific Nonverbal Communication. He is certified as an Advanced N.L.P. Coach by Quantum Leap, Inc. and is a Professor and Certified Coach by the AEPNL. He also has certifications in Belbin Team Roles and Organizational Configurations. He has collaborated with companies such as VOLKSWAGEN, DESIGUAL, GENERAL ÓPTICA and SEGUROS ZURICH.  Her main interest is to accompany people in organizations that place people at the center and value a Culture of Care in their teams.
