Lines of research

 
  • Study of variables linked with inclusion processes to labour market. Analysis of social structure, commercialization processes, shaping identities in liquid Modernity, scarcity processes.
  • Improvement of proceedings, techniques and resources addressed to promote the professional mark in social and labour integration of vulnerable groups. Training in the workplace, experience learning, informal learning, diagnosis of employability and development of individualised insertion pathways, alternation between training and employment, socio-educational accompaniment.
  • Employability: personal and associated contextual factors, assessment and optimising intervention.  Individual factors, personal circumstances and external factors linked to employability or the personal situation of an individual in the workplace.
