TRANSICIONS participates in the State Seminar on Support for Social Enterprises (Avilés, November 13-14, 2025).
The National Meeting on Support for Social Integration Enterprises was organized by the Federation of Business Associations of Social Integration Enterprises (FAEDEI) together with ADEIPA, the Association of Social Integration Enterprises of the Principality of Asturias. The seminar brought together approximately 135 integration support technicians and production support technicians from social integration enterprises across Spain. The Transicions research group from the University of Valencia, as part of the Support Working Group that prepared the meeting, participated in the design and content of the seminar, particularly in organizing and providing support in the workshops. This meeting addressed the coordination between Integration Support Technicians and Production Support Technicians, a strategic approach to optimize the integration pathways of individuals within social integration enterprises.
Relevance and Institutional Context These meetings are essential for consolidating best practices, sharing challenges, and strengthening the network of social enterprises at the national level.
