The week of April the 5th to April the 8th the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València will host the 5th Ethics Week, organised by the Students Collective of the Faculty of Ethical Economics (CEFDEE) and the Faculty of Ecnomics, under the slogan “Mens sana in corpore sano: worker wellfare in the company”: This initiative is part of the project “FdE Ética: formando a futuros profesionales con ética” and aims to bring the university community closer to the reflection on the ethical dimension of buisness.

This edition will feature José María Peiró, Emeritus Professor of Social Psychology at the Universitat de València, who will give the inaugural lecture “Bienestar de los trabajadores en las empresas: implicaciones éticas” (Spanish for Well-being of workers in companies: ethical implications). In addition, there will be a variety of practical workshops on mindfulness, motivatoin and commitment, employee happiness; learning and skills, empowerment and the ability to delegate. Lastly, the programme includes a conference on sustainable fashion by the company Clotsy, a round table on entrepreneurship and etchis, a conference on good corporate governance and an ethical business perspective, the award ceremony of the 1st Business Ethics Videoclip Competition, and a conference on how to find your dream job. If you participate in four or more activities, you will recieve an attendance certificate.
