Alejandro Escribá-Esteve Alejandro Escribá Esteve is Professor of Business Organization at the University of Valencia. He currently directs the Chair of Family Business and collaborates as an associate researcher at the Ivie (Valencian Institute for Economic Research).

He began his work as a university professor in the field of business organization in 1993. He is specialized in the study of management teams and corporate governance, and their relationship with business strategy and results.

He was founder of the Master in Business Strategy at the UV and director of it between 2008 and 2012. He served as a Spanish representative on the Board of the European Academy of Management between 2009 and 2014.

At the research level, he is the author of numerous works published in scientific journals and applied technical reports. He is principal investigator of competitive research projects financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Since 2016, he is an associate researcher at the Ivie, where he collaborates in research projects related to government, strategy and the competitiveness of companies, as well as in the analysis and strategic management of university institutions.

He has been visiting professor at various foreign universities, such as Bocconi University (Milan); HEC Montreal (Montreal); Concordia University (Montreal); UCSC (Milan).

In the practical field, he has actively collaborated with various companies and institutions, such as Deloitte; Consortia Consultores; Altair Consultants; GREFUSA; ETRA; Syntech Research Spain; AECTA; ADEIT; Broseta Lawyers; AIDIMA; Valencia Chamber of Commerce; ANDEMAR; or TECUM, among others.
