We are pleased to present a project that is being developed by the Chair of Family Business of the University of Valencia (CEFUV), in collaboration with the various employment services of the different public and private universities of Valencia (Universitat de València, Universitat Politècnica de València, Universidad Europea de Valencia, Universidad Católica de Valencia, Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera y EDEM-Escuela de Empresarios)

Therefore, we are preparing a study that aims to measure, for the first time in Spain, and in a systematic and rigorous way, what are the expectations that students have regarding their incorporation into the labour market, their preferences for different types of organisations. The results of this study will make it possible to better design university programmes for employability, as well as to provide companies with a better vision of communication and initiatives that will allow them to break existing stereotypes and bring talent closer to the economic and business fabric of our territory.
