In the October meeting of the Catalan reading club at the Blasco Ibáñez Languages Learning Centre, we will talk about the novel Nou illes al nord, by Mònica Batet, a love story that takes place among Nordic landscapes.

This club aims to offer readings in Catalan because we know that reading is a fantastic source of pleasure and learning. We also want to provide you, at the Blasco Ibáñez Languages Learning Centre, with a dynamic space where you can discuss about the books you have read. In the reading club you will meet other people who are also studying or practising Catalan and you will exercise your reading comprehension and oral expression and interaction while you widen your vocabulary and learn more about the Valencian culture.

Remember that the Blasco Ibáñez Languages Learning Centre will be closed for the usual uses (counselling, self-study, loan of material, etc.) during the reading club meetings.
