Banco Santander and Harvard Business Publishing Education are offering 300 scholarships to improve the pedagogical skills of university professors online with the best practices in the world.

The programme will begin with an Opening Forum by a keynote speaker and end with a two-day Forum for Pedagogical Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The four programme modules, each with synchronous and asynchronous content, will cover the following topics:

1. Module 1: The Practice and Science of Learning
2. Module 2: Strategies and Activating Your Classroom
3. Module 3: The Power of Assessment
4. Module 4: Peer Instruction Methodology
5. Forum on Pedagogical and Learning Excellence

This programme will use a "flipped classroom" methodology, where participants will prepare a week in advance with asynchronous elements: readings, assignments and team discussions. Participants will work in international and multidisciplinary teams and will benefit from a mentor for optimal performance.
