On 21 September a breakfast-meeting will take place within the framework of the dissemination programme of subjects of interest for family businesses. The event will mainly serve to discuss the contributions of external capital outside the owner family through the actual experiences of three companies that have experienced very successful growth processes.

Under the title “Experiences of capital opening to the family business: what can external investors contribute?” the Chair for Family Business of the Universitat de València invites to participate in a meeting in which, in this occasion, a controversial topic such as the entering of external capital in family business will be approached. This will involve the presence of three companies that have managed to carry out growth processes of great relevance and which enjoy a very high competitiveness, as Carmencita - Jesús Navarro SA, TIBA (Grupo Romeu) and Royo Group. In addition, the table will be moderated by Lucas Martinez (DCN), a renowned expert in investments for growth.
On the other hand, in relation to this topic, the Chair for Family Business has published a document with results derived from research on the issue of family business competitiveness, whose conclusions point to the importance of betting on business growth.
