On October 16th and 17th 2020, the Asociación Cívica por la Lengua, El Tempir de Elche and the Universitat de València’s Chair for Linguistic Rights co-organised a Conference about the Situation of the Valencian Language in Schools and Streets of the South.

This conference was product of Miguel Hernández University of Elche’s collaboration. The conference was housed on its campus, as well as at its languages office.

The conference whose goal was to analyse the language situation in the Valencian south featured presentations by experts from the university world, secondary education, the Multilingualism CEFIRE and civil society.
