The Open Science Committee must have a plural and interdisciplinary composition that ensures the representation of the main structures and groups involved in the open research and teaching ecosystem of the University of Valencia. It shall consist of a maximum of 20 members, proposed by the Research Committee, and shall include at least: 

• A representative of the Vice-Rectorate for Research, or a person delegated by it, who will act as Chair. 
• A representative of the Library and Documentation Service. 
• A representative of the Research Service. 
• A representative of the Publications Service. 
• A representative of the student body. 
• Representatives of academic and research staff (PDI), including profiles from different fields of knowledge specialising in open science. 
• A representative of non-permanent research staff. 
• In all cases, the presence of at least one member of the technical, management, and administrative and services staff (PTGAS) must be ensured.
