Accountability for the open science policy must be carried out annually, in a public and cross-cutting manner, under the coordination of the Open Science Committee, in collaboration with the responsible services.

Accountability instruments: 

• UV annual open science report. The document, prepared by the Committee, must include: 
  • Analysis of the indicators defined in the Action Plan. 
  • Year-on-year evolution and comparative analysis by centres, areas and disciplines. 
  • Identified good practices and success stories. 
  • Identified obstacles and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Review of compliance with time-bound and coverage commitments. 
• Open visualisation of results. A space should be enabled on the institutional portal (uv.es) for internal and external dissemination, allowing consultation of key indicators, access to the annual report, etc.
