ADVANCED WAVE SENSORS , S.L.WSensors, founded in 2009, was created as a spin-off from the Universitat Politècnica de València. It designs, manufactures and markets high-sensitivity instrumentation for real-time analysis of molecular interactions on surfaces, with applications in research in different sectors of Biotechnology and Materials Science. In particular, it deals with characterisation equipments with different acoustic resonators, both the classic QCMD (quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation) and the patented high-frequency and high-sensitivity sensors: HFF-QCMD and SAW-Love. WSensors, founded in 2009, was created as a spin-off from the Universitat Politècnica de València. In particular, it deals with characterisation equipments with different acoustic resonators, both the classic QCMD (quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation) and the patented high-frequency and high-sensitivity sensors: HFF-QCMD and SAW-Love. This technology can already be applied in various fields such as environmental protection, the energy, drug or food quality control, safety, material characterisation, and healthcare diagnostics, among others. In addition, this technology can be integrated into a large number of industrial processes, facilitating online monitoring.
