GIEL has participated in the XIX Congreso Internacional de la Sociedad Española de Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura, celebrated on 28 to 30 November of 2018 in the University of Almería.

Montserrat Pérez presented the communication “La construcción de la identidad docente en la Educación Primaria: estudio de caso” (The construction of teaching identity in Primary School: case study), of a work carried out by two persons with María Dolores García Pastor.

Andrea Rivera presented the work “Creencias sobre escritura y su relación con el nivel de desempeño en tareas escriturales de estudiantes universitarios” (Beliefs on writings and its relation with the performance level on writing tasks of university students), shared with Carmen Rodríguez Gonzalo.

Aina Reig presented the communications “La práctica de la síntesis en secundaria. Contribuciones para el desarrollo de la composición escrita” (Syntax practice in secondary school. Contributions for the development of written compositions) and “El párrafo como unidad de contenido en textos académicos de secundaria” (Paragraph as a unit of content in secondary school academic texts).

Finally, Alícia Martí and Pilar Garcia Vidal presented virtually the communication “Análisis de autobiografías lingüísticas del alumnado de Secundaria: posibles implicaciones didácticas en la enseñanza de lenguas” (Analysis of linguistic autobiographies of students in Secondary School: possible didactic implications in the teaching of languages).
