Professor María Dolores García-Pastor offers a plenary lecture to the Conference for language assistants, organised by the Multilingualism Service of the Consellería de Educación of the Valencian Government.

The professor presented methodological orientations for the oral communication skills in English as a foreign language (ALE) to the Primary School classroom. The lecture focused on the teacher and assistant’s roles in a classroom context, as well as in the collaborative work that both can develop. The event took place at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía of Valencia, and it gathered 300 language assistants of different parts of the world and education professionals of Primary School of different centres of the Valencian Community.
