On Tuesday 29 January 2019 professors Eduard Dotti and Eleonora Peluffo, from the Society of Spanish Teachers of Uruguay (SPEU, http://speu.org.uy) participated in a seminar organised by the GIEL group.

Their work focuses on writing, especially in Secondary School and in teacher training. Over their stay they presented their experience at the III International Conference on Teaching Grammar at the UAB and they met with a group of teachers from IES Serpis de València to share and contrast methodologies and resources for working with Secondary School pupils.

The exchange with the teachers who are part of the Seminar to promote reading was very enriching with proposals for didactic sequences to work on writing.
