The questionnaire can be completed at the workplace, at home, and can even be adapted to be completed online. The "Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Burnout Syndrome at Work" (CESQT) has been designed to assess burnout. The instrument consists of 20 items that are assessed on a five-grade frequency scale, whereby the individual indicates how often he/she experiences each of the situations described in the scale items. The items are distributed in four scales or dimensions, called: Job Delusion, Mental Burnout, Indolence and Guilt. The instrument is based on a theoretical model that allows diagnoses to be made of the degree of psychological deterioration of the worker.
