Sofia Di Sarno-García published a study on the relationship between pragmatic and intercultural communicative competence in telecollaborative environments
One of our collaborators, Sofia Di Sarno García from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, has recently published the book Acquiring Pragmatic and Intercultural Communicative Competences in the Digital Era: A Telecollaboration Study. This book explores the pragmatic development of a second language and the acquisition of intercultural communicative competence through telecollaboration. It shows how telecollaboration environments are suitable for the development of these two competences and how they are intrinsically interrelated.
