The Remove command is used to remove time frames or a narration from the recording that we do not want or that we want to replace.
In the Recording window, the Remove command in the top margin of the window allows us to:
- Remove recordings on the current slide
- Remove recordings on all slides
In the Normal View, there are four different Remove commands that allow us to:
- Remove time frames on the currently selected slide.
- Remove time frames on all slides at once.
- Remove the narration on the currently selected slide.
- Remove narration on all slides at the same time.
- If we do not want to remove all the time frames or narration from the presentation, we will open a specific slide that has a time frame or narration that we want to remove.
- In the Recording tab of the PowerPoint for Office 365 menu, on the Record slideshow button, click on the down arrow, select Remove, and then choose the appropriate Remove command for your situation.
