2026 Cooperation grants for visiting staff at the University of Valencia

Object
The cooperation grants for visiting staff are intended to cover the accomodation and maintenance expenses of teaching and non teaching staff from cooperation partner countries invited by the University of Valencia staff.
The grants fund the maintenance and accomodation in a university hall (room and board), up to a maximum of three consecutive months.
The maximum daily amount of the grant will be 100 euros. The maximum amount for the entire stay cannot exceed 4,500 euros.
Applications
Applications will be submitted by UV staff through the specific form of this call in the UV electronic registry, attaching the following documentation:
- Copy of the passport of the invited person.
- Certificate from the University or Research Center of origin, certifying the relationship with it.
- Letter of invitation from the responsible tutor at the University of Valencia where the stay will take place.
Concession and justification
The UV beneficiaries must do the reservation directly to the Colegio Mayor Rector Peset of the University of Valencia.
In the event that there were no room avaiibility, the booking may be done in another hall.
Once the stay is over, the International Relations and Cooperation Service will manage the payment of the stay to the Residence Hall.
The beneficiaries will have to complete and send the final report to outgoing@uv.es within one month.
