The fourth series of talks on “Innovation in Talent Management” welcomes Cándido Cabedo and Rosa García from BBVA's Talent & Culture department to its second talk. Cabedo and García will present the main tools used by BBVA to train its staff and thus achieve a high-quality workforce, paying special attention to how new technologies are also finding their way into the area of training and career development at leading companies.
