Participation
Expression of interest

Before submitting an Erasmus+ or Creative Europe proposal through the relevant application platform, or requesting the signature of the required institutional documentation, applicants must communicate their intention to participate to the Projects Unit of the International Relations and Cooperation Service by submitting an expression of interest.

The expression of interest must be submitted by the person responsible for the proposal. Only one person may be designated as responsible for each proposal, and this person will become the person responsible for the project (PI) if the proposal is funded.

The submission of an expression of interest is a prerequisite for receiving institutional support. Expressions of interest submitted after the established deadline may not be taken into consideration.

For calls subject to institutional participation limits, the prioritisation procedure established in the management criteria may be applied when the number of proposals received exceeds the maximum number of participations allowed.
