UVinternational has launched a new support system for mobility students —both incoming and outgoing— through a ticketing platform designed to improve the management and follow-up of enquiries.

From now on, all requests and incidents related to international mobility programmes will be channelled through this new system, which helps optimise the support process, increase efficiency in individual follow-up, and ensure an appropriate response in each case.

This new mechanism complements the existing in-person and telephone support channels, which remain available so that students can choose the type of assistance that best suits their needs at any given time.

With this new addition, UVinternational strengthens its commitment to providing support that is more accessible, efficient, and aligned with the current needs of students participating in international mobility programmes.
