Phase 1.A: began Monday, June 16, and affects the exterior of the Jeroni Muñoz building, at its entrance from the street bordering the cemetery. Construction sheds and material storage areas have been installed, with parking spaces occupied and closed.

Phase 1.B: is being carried out in the interior spaces of the science campus. In this phase, work will be done on the corridors separating buildings A to G and the sidewalk outside the Jeroni Muñoz building. Completion: end of October.

Partial acceptance: October 1, Faculties of Mathematics and Biology corridor A open to traffic.
