Ana Lucía Paz Rueda is dean of educational innovation at Icesi University, Cali, Colombia. Sociologist from the Universidad del Valle and PhD in Education from the University of Deusto (Basque Country). Professor Paz Rueda has 25 years of experience in educational management, teaching, research and consulting in areas of the sociology of education.
In addition to ethics, social responsibility and sustainability, she has dedicated the last 10 years to the study of educational innovation, critical thinking and creative thinking, convinced of their importance for lifelong learning in formal and non-formal settings
