- Tutor
The tutor is responsible for ensuring that the training and research activity of the doctoral student align with the principles of the program and, where applicable, those of the Doctoral School. This role is held by a PhD holder with accredited research experience and affiliation with the program. The tutor acts as a liaison between the doctoral student and the Academic Committee. The tutor may or may not be the same person as the thesis supervisor.
- Thesis Supervisor
Any PhD holder with duly accredited research experience may be a thesis supervisor, regardless of their home institution. A thesis may be co-supervised by up to three people.
- Academic Committee of the Program
This body is responsible for defining, updating, ensuring the quality, and coordinating the program. It supervises the research and training progress of the doctoral student and authorizes the submission of the thesis.
