The doctoral student’s progress is evaluated annually using the following tools:
- Research Plan
The doctoral student must submit a Research Plan that includes at least the methodology, objectives, planned resources, and a timeline.
This plan can be modified or detailed throughout the program but must always reflect the progress made in developing the thesis. The annual evaluation of this plan is key to tracking and verifying the doctoral student’s progress.
- Doctoral Activities Document
This document records all relevant academic activities of the doctoral student (courses, seminars, research stays, etc.). Each activity must be individually validated by the tutor or the supervisor.
The Academic Committee issues an annual report based on this document.
- Personal Training Plan
This includes the training activities planned during the PhD (courses, seminars, mobility, etc.) as per the program’s official description. The tutor and supervisor periodically review this plan along with the Research Plan.
